The property features a bike storage area as well as free secure parking, including a 220V charging station for electric cars and bikes (daily fee).


You’re welcome to use the grills we provide for your barbecues. You’ll be responsible for providing the fuel and cleaning up afterward, but there’s an option to have us handle this service for you (fuel and cleanup).


If you’d like to order appetizer platters, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance; beverages are available for purchase on-site.

A charming and rejuvenating place.

A first-class welcome. The two owners and "masterminds" behind this project are lovely, open, cheerful, and attentive to their guests. The rooms and apartments have been tastefully renovated and offer a lovely space to relax. The location is also charming, with its historic building, backyard garden, pool, and spa.

A pleasant getaway just outside Paris

We found this B&B to be perfect for a weekend getaway. The area (Evry...) might surprise you, but it’s a little slice of paradise! Close to Paris and well-located for biking along the Seine and through the Sénart Forest. Warm welcome (and very responsible regarding COVID) Clean and nicely decorated room Swimming pool (32 degrees!) and a very pleasant terrace Classic but very good breakfast, served in the room since the morning weather didn’t allow for dining on the terrace.....

For personal reasons, we stayed at La Marquise Barbot. We were made to feel very welcome; the apartment was top-notch—beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom—everything was great. Thank you for everything.

You can relax, unwind, or even work remotely all yearround while enjoying the gardens, outdoor furniture, and the pool ( from April through October, weather permitting)—whether for a weekend, a vacation, or before or after a business meeting.


Minors are under the supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adult.

You’ll also have private access to the “Bulle de détente,” equipped with a chlorinated spa heated to 36 degrees for 3 people and a sauna cabin for 3 people.

This private access —for one hour per night—is included with your stay, excluding reservations made through Booking Group, Expedia Group, Abritel, and Business Rates, during the following time slots: first access starting at 9 a.m., last access at 8 p.m.
